Prices only vary slightly between Medium Rigid (MR) driving courses and Heavy Rigid (HR) driver training. There is no price difference between truck or bus driver training. There are two (2) components to obtaining a HR, MR or LR Truck and Bus license. 1. the written test (learners) with QLT 10 questions click here for questions and answers cost $26 payable by you at any QLT office this is valid then for five years it is advised to have done this before sitting for your practical assessment. 2. is as simple as doing the training and a assessment with QLT. There are several delivery options to choose from.

Two trainees rotate in one hour drives for one full day on a separate day a pre drive followed by a test with QLT.

We operate 5 days a week. QLT only do testing Monday to Friday on the Sunshine coast.

LAY-BY

We have now introduced a payment plan where you can pay-off your training prior to starting. A $200 deposit is required with 5 days to confirm your course booking and we require full payment prior to providing any training. Just contact us to arrange and we can work out a weekly or fortnightly payment schedule to suit you. This means that you can have your course fully paid off before you begin without the worry of being able to afford it as the date approaches.

UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS

In the event that you are unsuccessful with QLT a retest is required, additional charges are payable.

HR from $465 covers one hour drive test and booking fee with QLT

MR from $440 covers one hour drive test and booking fee with QLT

LR from $370 covers one hour drive test and booking fee with QLT

This is done at the next available test spot with QLT.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

HOURLY LESSONS ARE PAID FOR AS YOU GO. UPON BOOKING YOUR TEST, A $200 DEPOSIT IS PAID. THIS IS DEDUCTED FROM THE TEST DAY FEE.

ANY DRIVING COURSE THAT IS BOOKED, A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED PER PERSON PAYABLE BY DIRECT DEPOSIT OR CREDIT CARD. THIS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING. IF NOT YOUR COURSE MAY BE CANCELLED.

BALANCE OF COURSE IS PAYABLE ON DAY OF TRAINING. WE OFFER MOBILE EFTPOS IN ALL OF OUR TRUCKS FOR SAVINGS, CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. WE ALSO ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER. PLEASE NOTE: OUR BANK IS CBA. SOME TRANSACTIONS FROM OTHER BANKS MAY TAKE UP TO THREE DAYS TO COME THROUGH. FULL OR PART PAYMENT CAN BE MADE UPON BOOKING A COURSE.

ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING MUST BE 4 DAYS PRIOR. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHERS WHO MAY NEED THAT SPOT. ANY TEST THAT IS CANCELLED UNDER 72 HOURS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. ANY COURSE BOOKING IS A TENTATIVE BOOKING UNTIL DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. IF YOU ARE A COMPANY PAYING FOR YOUR STAFF, FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE TEST DAY UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT.
